The National Association of Women in Construction
NAWIC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and improve the construction industry by the advancement of women within it. NAWIC offers individual members an opportunity to expand personal and business networks, maintain awareness of industry developments, improve skills and knowledge, and make a contribution to other women in the construction industry.

The Fresno Chapter was chartered October 26, 1974. It is one of 16 chapters included in the Pacific Northwest Region, which consists of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Northern California, Northern Nevada & Guam.
